Remote Insurance Recruiter
General Responsibilities:
The Recruiter's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, helping drive consultants to their desire results, resume recruiting, interview potential candidates, serve as a liaison between the consultants and the organization by engaging consultants in corporate strategy and direction through effective communication. Recruiter must have great communication skills, organizational ability, time management, manage consultants, problem-solving skills, management and planning skills.
Qualifications:
2-4 years recruiting and management experience preferred
or no experience as long as you are willing to learn
Human resources experience is preferred
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to multi-task and be flexible to recruit for multiple types of positions
Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills are required
Computer skills are required
High school diploma or GED is required
Salary:
Commensurate with experience
Schedule:
Full-part time schedule.
Be able to independently work from home.
