Engineering Manager
Auburn, Alabama

As our client’s Engineering Manager, you will lead and supervise a team of engineers as they design and develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems associated with the building of the plastic components utilized in cars and lawn mowers. You will direct and coordinate production, operations, quality assurance, testing, and maintenance, and oversee the research and development of new products and procedures.
You will also spearhead the hiring and training of new engineers, and mentor other engineers and supporting staff. Importantly, you’ll champion the improvement of the company’s manufacturing processes and advance scientific research.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and possess 10 or more years’ experience with Pro E. An automotive background that emphasizes the design of plastics is highly preferred.
