Land Development/Site Improvement Construction Coordinator
Jupiter, Florida
In this vital position, you will support a team of land development managers and design professionals in the following capacities: site-improvement quarterly takeoffs and preliminary budgets, site earthwork analysis, estimating, site planning, reports, contracts and more. To qualify, you should hold a college degree in Civil Engineering or a construction-related field of study and have 1 to 2 years€™ experience in construction management. Our client will look for an extreme eye for detail and an ability to read and understand site plans. You must also demonstrate a willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Finally, your computer skills should include Excel, AGTEK, Paydirt and CADD. Knowledge of land development operations and associated costs is a plus.
