Full time Property Manager needed for affordable housing LIHTC/Section 8 and market rate apartments. The duties for this position include, but are not limited to, processing rental applications, showing apartments, marketing apartments, maintaining files, depositing rent payments, preparing and reviewing financial reports, serving notices, coordinating maintenance items, obtaining bids from vendors and conducting property inspections.

Previous residential property management preferred. Must have valid Driver's License and insurance. Minimum education: High School/GED. Must be proficient with MS Office and familiar with YARDI, Real Page, ICAM or similar property management software. Compensation and benefits to be negotiated based on training, experience and qualifications. Benefits with health insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick pay available.
