Part time Maintenance Tech/Handy Man needed for apartments in the Columbus. The duties for this position include, but are not limited to, responding to emergency work orders or phone calls from residents, weekly property inspections, making minor repairs, providing access for exterminators and other vendors, and otherwise getting vacant apartments ready to lease.

Previous residential property maintenance preferred. Must have valid Driver's License and insurance. Minimum education: High school/GED. Compensation and benefits to be negotiated based on training, experience and qualifications. Benefits with health insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick pay available.
