This used laptop is in very good condition and is very fast. I recently upgraded to a Gateway with an i5 core processor. It has some very minor cracks on the left panel (see picture) and is also missing the PCI card insert (see picture). This is a workhorse laptop and has been well taken care of. It has 4GB RAM, 320 GB Hard Drive, and Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit OS. The laptop, battery, AC adapter and programs listed are included. On test the battery held a strong charge and lasted about 2 1/2 hours. This laptop is the REAL DEAL. This laptop model E-265M and its larger 15.4 inch sibling has flown under the radar because Gateway made few business class models and then sold the line to MPC. Don't sleep on this model.
