I'm looking to trade my professional services for a studio or loft space to use as photography studio and living area for a few months. After that time would like to have an option to begin paying lease monies or continue arrangement. For 15 years I sold, designed, built, installed and serviced CCTV systems, custom DVR's, home theater systems, distributed audio systems, intercom, phone systems, network cabling, entry systems. Also I managed and serviced a medical professional building in Sugaland after having provided and installed most of the technical infrastructure during the new build process. I did this while maintaining my other work for 4 years. I have transitioned into professional photography and have been doing this for 2 1/2 years. I need a space I can shoot in. Clients would be brought in for shoots, but I would also like the space to be liveable with a basic kitchen, W/D connections, fridge connection, full bath, etc. Given my intended professional needs and the living aspect, I would need about 1500sqft minimum. I am capable of providing a variety of services given my extensive experience and skills. I don't need anything super fancy, but I do need something more than a fixer upper since I would need to work out of the space and have clients over as well. Thanks for your consideration.
